A laboratory that researches, develops and commercializes

Zamenis Biotech Innovation S.A.C. was born as a spin-off of Universidad Católica San Pablo to turn the campus’ radiofrequency research into real medical devices. Our work covers all three stages: applied research, product development, and commercialization with regulatory backing.

Research
In-house R&D since 2019, with scientific publications from the UCSP radiofrequency group on tissue classification and miniaturized UWB antennas.
Development
Devices at TRL 6, protected by a utility model patent and an international PCT application before INDECOPI.
Commercialization
B2B/B2G model with an active regulatory roadmap in Peru, Chile and Japan.
MABIS, developed by the Zamenis R&D team, in its portable form.
